Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 3 - 5 business days (except on weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Orders go out once a week, on Saturday, to the Post Office or the UPS Store.
You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped.Â
We ship via USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Parcel Select, UPS Ground, UPS Surepost, and sometimes even USPS First Class Mail.Â
Please use a verified shipping address.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Or delays caused by USPS/UPS or acts of nature.
If you think your package is lost or stolen you must file a claim with USPS/UPS. You can do so online or at your local office. There are no replacements for lost or stolen packages.Â
There are no refunds or replacements for wrong addresses.Â

International Shipping
Contact us to place an order outside of the 48 Contiguous United States and International.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number, if one is available, and you can use it to check its status. Please allow 48-72 hours for the tracking information to become available after receiving your shipping confirmation.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at twilightpaynedesigns@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. Please make sure that you can receive packages at your P.O. Box before placing your order.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package shows In Transit on your tracking information and it has been more than 10 business days, I recommend you contact your local post office for help locating your package. Unfortunately, once your package is dropped off at the post office for mailing, there's nothing more I can do. Twilight Payne Designs is not responsible for packages once they are delivered to the post office and cannot resend items ordered that have not been delivered.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at twilightpaynedesigns@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these issues on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
