FAQ
1. When and how will I receive my letters? Letters will be sent via regular mail and will not include tracking information. We highly recommend signing up for Informed Delivery with USPS. This is a FREE service through which they will notify you via email with scanned images of soon-to-be-delivered mail.
Letters will be shipped within 1–3 business days of payment, with an estimated delivery time of 2–5 business days after shipment within the US (total transit time: 5–8 business days).
2. I’m missing a letter or product. Please allow up to 2 weeks for US delivery. Please also take into account any USPS holidays, which may extend the arrival date of your letters. If you haven’t received your letters by then, we will resend them at no additional cost to you.
- Lost/Damaged by us:Â Letters lost, damaged, or inaccurately addressed by Twilight Payne Designs or the USPS will be resent at no additional cost to you.
- Customer Error:Â Letters lost, damaged, or inaccurately addressed by the customer can be replaced at a cost of $5 for US letters.
Please ensure the address is correct when ordering, or notify us in a timely manner if your address is changing. We require three weeks' advance notice for an address change.
If you do not receive your products within these time frames, please contact twilightpaynedesigns@gmail.com with the following information, and Kristy/Cassie will respond within 1–3 business days:
- Order # or the email address used for the order
- Name of the recipient
- Missing letter number or product
- Mailing address
3. Are your letters family-friendly? Yes—our letters are family-friendly overall, and we generally recommend them for ages 13+ (teens and adults).
Some letters include light romance, deeper emotional themes, and occasionally darker, more serious elements. These moments are included to add meaning and depth—not for shock value—and nothing is graphic or explicit. Because every family has different comfort levels, we recommend parental guidance for younger readers.
4. Once I've received all 24 letters, does my subscription auto-renew? No, it will NOT automatically renew.
